We offer 14 historic cottages, ranging from cozy studio cottages to one- and two-bedroom cottages that can comfortably sleep up to four guests. Our fully appointed kitchens have everything you need to cook a delicious dinner in style or start your day with a fresh pot of coffee. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended family vacation, our team is dedicated to making your stay enjoyable. Since 1977, we have been the pride of Captiva Island.

Studio Cottages
(Sleeps 2)
Features a king bed, a sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs, a bath with a shower, and a furnished screened lanai.
Cottage Suites
(Sleeps 2)
Furnished with a queen bed, a television in the sitting area, a full-service kitchen, a dining room set, and a table and chairs on the screened lanai.
Balcony Suites
(Sleeps 2)
Enjoy panoramic views of the marina at this 1-bedroom, second-floor balcony suites. These 1-bedroom suites feature a queen bed, a living area and television, a full kitchen, a dining table and chairs, and a shower bath.
King Suites
(Sleeps 2)
Enjoy first-floor access, steps away from the water, in a nicely appointed suite with a living and dining area, television, full-service kitchen, bath, and screened lanai.
Two-Bedroom / 1-Bathroom Cottages
(Sleeps 4)
Has an open-concept living and dining area, with a main bedroom containing a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a screened lanai for outdoor enjoyment.
Two-Bedroom / 2-Bathroom Cottages
(Sleeps 4)
Features a living room, dining room, full kitchen, and screened lanai. The main bedroom includes a king bed and en-suite bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds with access to the second bath.
